At The Islander FMB, we want you to love your coastal style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
